They're the only importer I know who bring in the borderline nuts wines of Julian Courtois. His Colere de Zeus is fun just to watch change color in the glass. Not sure how they do it, but it must be made in a very reductive, oxygen free environment (guessing here). Because when you open and poor, you can watch it oxidize in the glass.
