Perfectly positioned on the Combe, on the turn, it gets a few degrees more heat equivalent to those on the grand cru slopes . Lavaut is cooler with a terrain that imparts minerality and a "stony" delicacy. I agree with Amoureuses and have my own favorite--Combe d'Orveau in Chambolle.<BR/>Kris Prasad wine-lovers-club.blogspot.comKris Prasadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00350803404629524703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3799854524070158890.post-15800342777523971072007-10-29T15:02:00.000-04:002007-10-29T15:02:00.000-04:00Thanks niall - i'm so glad that you're digging it....Thanks niall - i'm so glad that you're digging it. see you again sometime.Brooklynguyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16321573602782343974noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3799854524070158890.post-29255661539899420162007-10-28T12:50:00.000-04:002007-10-28T12:50:00.000-04:00Have been learning a lot about wine thanks to blog...Have been learning a lot about wine thanks to blogs like yours.
