He no longer eats meals, but rather nibbles on smallish plates. He likes the "fortified" quality of New World wines and thinks they go better with his new eating style (from which he's lost a lot of weight). Not my taste to be sure, but I will admit that I seem to drink more when it's lower alcohol and probably end up consuming more calories. (Of course, I'm not also drinking the pesticides he's taking in.)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3799854524070158890.post-36894320376117495062011-06-25T03:02:55.384-04:002011-06-25T03:02:55.384-04:00Ha, I was once a member of that secret society. Actually, I drank the cheaper, Old Vines, as they went with food, but the high scoring, high alcohol, higher priced - rarely.

Sent to Winebid. Have maybe 4 bottles still (97-02). Some were great with cheese. Delinquent was good with it, too...drank that with my Dad, who loved Zin.King Krak, I Drink the Winehttp://www.forkandbottle.comnoreply@blogger.com
